Michael Boyd and Paul
Frey are independent business consultants in Frederick, Maryland.
Michael and Paul strive for getting results through action-oriented
behavior, a passion they acquired during their 25 years of executive and
management level experiences. They worked together for 15 years and have
since collaborated on several writing projects. Michael earned his BA at
California University of Pennsylvania and his MBA at Mount Saint Mary’s
University, and he holds the Distinguished Toastmaster certification
from Toastmasters International. Paul earned his BS at Towson
